The Village Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Friday, April 22, 2022 @ 10AM in the Municipal Building, 48 Maple St. The purpose for the public hearing is to consider a change of use variance for the property owned by the Village of Waddington located @ 34 Fenton St, tax map # 21.032-4-15. The Village of Waddington Planning Board will hold a meeting on Thursday, April 21, 2022 @ 6PM in the Municipal Building, 48 Maple St. The purpose of the meeting will be to consider a subdivision of a parcel located at 34 Fenton St, tax map #21.032-4-15, owned by the Village of Waddington. The divided parcel will be 110’ x 165’. The 65’ removed from this parcel will be joined with the adjoining parcel 21.032-4-14, 129 Lincoln Ave, owned by the Village of Waddington. The Village of Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 18, 2022 @ 10 AM in the Municipal Building, 48 Maple St. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request from TBB River Rd LLC to construct a 20’ x 16’ addition to the existing building located @ 19 Main Street, Waddington, tax map #21.024-4-14. 2022 Season June1st Dock contracts have been mailed out to previous dock/mooring renters. Contracts are due May 15, no later. Wait lists are very long this year. Will update with more dock news at a later date!
