The new contracts were sent out to the previous renters of the Island View Sites and the Mooring Spaces. If you rented a slip last year, you will receive a new contract and renters form. Please follow the instructions and read carefully as it has changed from the previous year. You are required to return the signed contract and the renter form completely filled out, with your payment before May 15th to be eligible to rent your slip for this year.
We have already received partial submissions and will be contacting these people for the proper information.
New this year: There will be a dock master this season to enforce the rules and regulations.
The waiting list for both Island View and mooring spaces contain a long list of names. Talk of additional docks is in the planning stage so it will be awhile to see them.
